Minimum Wage Princess is a collection of dysfunctional vessels imitating a potential maternal figure. Each piece is wheel-thrown and agitated by pinching and poking at the surface, creating dimples on the curved forms. The bodies are then bisque fired to a rough, matte finish- some with vibrant spray paint. Dimples ooze with glossy, manufactured embellishments- a distraction from the hostile formative process.
